Terms

These terms cover your use of Aven, a personal AI assistant run by [OPERATOR NAME] ("we"). By joining the waitlist or using Aven you agree to them. Contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

A private pilot

Aven Cloud is an invitation-only pilot for up to ten people. It is unfinished. Features may change, pause or stop, and we may end the pilot. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place.

Who can use Aven

You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] and invited by us. Keep your email account secure, because sign-in codes are sent there. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Your allowance

We fund each participant's model and browser use up to $20 per calendar month (UTC). When the allowance runs out, new requests wait until the next month. There is no charge to you and no automatic upgrade.

Actions you approve

Aven proposes email, calendar and website actions for you to review. Nothing is sent or submitted until you approve it, and you are responsible for what you approve. When a site needs you, the cloud browser hands control to you.

Answers can be wrong

Aven uses AI models that can make mistakes. Check important information, and do not rely on Aven for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Aven to:

• break the law or another site's terms;
• harm, harass or deceive people;
• access accounts or data you are not allowed to use;
• attack, overload or probe the service.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into Aven. You let us store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Ending your use

You can stop using Aven at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end access when the pilot ends, with notice by email where we can.
